Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles Installation
We had our floors for the entire house installed in late January 2021. The flooring looked beautiful; it was Armstrong's luxury vinyl planking essentials. Soon after we began to notice noises coming from the floor as you walked across it. We had hoped it would be temporary and would eliminate itself. Over time it has not. Mr. Harrow came to the house on November 29, 2022, and offered to repair a section of the kitchen with the leftover planking but this would only address one room. Sadly, it is the entire house. After reaching Armstrong Flooring, we were told that they were out of business.

Working with Chuck was a great experience! He is very friendly, accommodating, available and went the extra mile! He has a great install team too! He came to my house with LVT samples and I selected a nice LVT flooring, and I canâ t be happier with the look and quality. Definitely would recommend Chuck, the owner, to my neighbors.

Chuck (owner) is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He comes to your home and shows you a lot of samples to choose from. We chose a 20mil thick LVP with a real-wood look. Living in Florida, we wanted real wood floors but it isn't practical for us so we went with LVP instead. Pricing is fair. Their installers are top notch. We absolutely love our new floors!

The floor was refinished on June 6; only lasted a few months before it began to deteriorate, the crew returned in October to do some touch-up. The floor has continued to peal and the finish has spots all over especially in high traffic areas. I have contacted Chuck, but I doubt that it will be taken care of as the entire job needs to be redone with an epoxy-based clear product that will last.

"Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We quickly responded to an issue in October and applied another coat of finish at owners request. We have since elected to remove and reapply finish with different finish manufacture to rule out product failure and poor maintenance."

I had an emergency carpet job over Christmas week. They were able to measure, order and instal the carpet all within 4 days! These folks are the best. Highly recommend. Plus our carpet is gorgeous. We are thrilled!
