During the quote/estimate/inspection phase, the contractor asked good questions, explained things well, and had looked up previous permits beforehand. Good attention to detail, attentiveness, and ability to explain the problem and solution simply are very rare traits, and this contractor has all three.

We hired Travis to address issues with our outdoor deck, and we could not be happier with the experience and the final result. From our very first meeting, Travis was extremely thorough, providing us with several creative ideas and layout options while remaining highly respectful of our target budget. I originally planned on just doing a standard repair, but Travis demonstrated true professional integrity by being completely transparent upfront. He explained that our existing issues likely stemmed from underlying rotted wood. He let us know that once the teardown began, a simple repair might uncover extensive damage and turn into a much larger, more expensive project. He suggested redoing the deck entirely as an alternative option, but he never pressured us into making a decision. After exploring both paths together, we decided a full replacement was the smartest investment. Travis executed the build flawlessly. Later in the process, we decided to add an integrated shading structure on top. Travis adapted easily to the change, and the final look turned out even better than we had envisioned. If you are looking for a contractor who possesses genuine honesty, transparent communication, and unmatched work ethic, Travis is your guy. We will absolutely use him again for future projects!

we had a 20 yr. old house w/ your basic white tile, aluminum shower door, large plate glass mirror, and ugly mint green paint to go with it all. after less than 2 weeks of Travis' dedication, w/ his eye for detail and color combination suggestions, we were extremely pleased with our end result. it was our utmost pleasure working with Mr. Harrington. He was professional, hardworking, and a perfectionist. He definitely did a bang-up job for our master bath remodel. We would not hesitate to recommend him for your remodeling projects.
