He was on time and made sure the door was secure so my pets wouldn't get out again. He was a professional.

We had them come out to replace 2 locking doorknobs and 2 deadbolts (one of them to be a key on both sides because that door has a window in it). The service man was on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Everything works great and one of our doors actually closes better than it used to.

Very professional, and very polite. They were clearly qualified! Also, they were very tolerant of our dogs, and careful to clean up after themselves. Great company!

The person who wrote up the work order gave an incorrect address and no directions. The technician had to call me three times for proper directions. All in all, he got my safe open but much to my dismay, the safe was empty. I was sure that it had important papers in it that I have been looking for. Very expensive mistake on my part.

This company was quick to call and schedule an appointment. Brian was great, prompt and on time. He explained the difference in how locks are made, security features etc. Very personable and very professional. We did have a problem with a lock fixture that was installed, but it was promptly fixed (within 24 hours). Excellent service and will definitely recommend this company to friends and co-workers. Brian is A+++ ask for him!
