Charles was the epitome of courteous and professional. Based upon my concerns for my safety, I told him what I wanted done. He then gave me his sincere and professional opinion on what he thought I needed to best protect my home; knowing that my main concern was (my) safety. He also noticed that my front door was hitting the door-frame slightly, each time it was being closed. He adjusted the hinge. We also discussed other ways in which to protect my home from intruders. Harry's Locksmiths returned all calls promptly; arrived on time, and again, was/is very professional and courteous! I would highly recommend them. Thank you Charles (and Jimmy) for the great work!

Was very nice on the phone and was able to resolve my silly "accidentally locked a door to a room of the house when person with key to said room was out of town...and this room happened to have a dog in it "issue very quickly.

he was very professional, quick, lock job looked neat, he made sure of what I wanted,. offered same day service, but I wanted next day service. he came promply after he called and sais I am on the way.

Charles is the person to get for lock/door concerns! He is very professional and the only company I called that would give me a real estimate over the phone. I was not wanting to have several different people come to my residence and other companies all had a "starting price". He not only had the best price but worked within my schedule to get my home re-keyed and adjusted doors that were a bit hard to close! We had a dilemma with an old broken deadbolt lock that was set into the trim. We were worried that putting in another lock would require the need for tearing out that section of trim, but the repairman came up with an idea that saved my old trim, and it looks great.
