After I submitted my online request, Mr. Hart called and made an appointment to come by on the next convenient day for me. On the phone he made sure he had a good understanding of the issue so he could show-up prepared. Mr. Hart arrived on time to our appointment (a few minutes early even). Once here, he quickly inspected the light fixture and pointed out the part that needed replaced, and he already had that replacement part handy from our phone conversation. The work was done quickly & professionally and I would definitely use him again.

When I requested recommendations I was given two choices. Both called within an hour of my inquiry. I chose Hart because they had a little higher rating and the license for the other company was going to expire at the end of this month. I made the appointment for 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon. They, evidently, called a few minutes before 3 and I did not hear my phone and they left a message. When I called back they said they were 30 minutes away. They were 30 minutes late, but they got the job done quickly and efficiently and were even kind enough to change an outdoor light bulb for me.

My father requested repair/replacement to a light fixture, whatever was needed. He is 90 yrs old & can hardly walk much less climb a step stool. As it turns out, all that was needed was that the 2 fluorescent bulbs needed replacing. The gentlemen went & purchased the bulbs, returned & replaced them. They were very courteous but I felt the charge of $134 was excessive for what was done & so did he but of course he paid it. Had the company done a follow-up, they would have been informed of our feeling on this excessive charge., but they did not.

Mr. Hart contacted me in the morning and arranged a same day visit. He was prompt, arrived at the time we confirmed, and had the job completed in less than an hour. I was very comfortable having him in my home and he is easy to converse with. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

They were a very Knowagable Crew. Very orginized and professional. They had the job done in 2 days. On the new power Panel looking over the Inspectors shoulder at the job,I was impressed at the neatness of the job. My old power panel was a nightmare. I know these are the Eletricians I will call any time I have an Electric job. Had to come back after seeing the time and prince was standard for my area. They put in a new 200 amp panel, Ran wire and put a new panel in my new garage. Also they ran power to a 50 amp plug for my RV. The cost for this job was 2300 and it took two days. Which they were steady working the whole time.They deserve cred
