Every step of the way from the initial estimate to planning and implementing, time was taken to make sure we understood exactly what would be done, when, how much it would cost, and when to expect to be done. There were no surprises and everything went according to plan. The crew worked hard and steady. They built a deck, installed the ramp, and even reinstalled the electric box. When they left, the site was spotless. All this was accomplished in basically two days' time. We couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of our experience with Hart Medical Design, Inc. and would do it again in a hot minute.

My experience working with Hart Medical Design Inc. has been a life-changer. From the design and installation of my ceiling tracks to the upkeep of my P440 lift. Anytime I have had any issues with the repair of the lift they have been quick to bring me a loaner as I am unable to transfer my 21-year-old son who is quadriplegic without it. They have always been friendly, professional, courteous, caring and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for anyone with disability concerns.
