Edit August 2022: I am very sorry to have to update this review. In the early summer of 2022 we noticed the caulk on our tub is not holding up. There are gaps, peeling, and mildew (despite cleaning) starting to crop up. This should not happen on a bathroom that was completely reno'd less than 9 months ago. On July 18th I emailed Gable to ask him to look at the bathroom and tell us his plan for how to fix things. We texted back and forth. Gable was supposed to come on July 25th but no showed. He did eventually get in touch and came by on August 1st. He did not stand by his work at all. He blamed the caulk and his team. He said it would cost $300 to fix. I said that since the work is less than 1 year old and he should stand by his business that I would like a discount, he knocked off $60. I told him to send me an estimate and a timeline. He never did, despite my contact again on August 7th. I have not heard from him since. I am extremely disappointed that a business owner would not take the pride in his work needed to make sure the job is done right and lasts as it's intended. I know being a business owner is tough and it's a 'small' job to repair - however, we paid his team nearly $10,000 for our bathroom and expect it to operate as intended. My family and I hired Hartman Builders to renovate our full bathroom, and replace some ceiling sections in the half bath and living room of our home. We had a very good experience with Gable Hartman and his team. We had our bathroom fully renovated, with a new bathtub, new tiling, new toilet, vanity, flooring and painting the room. They also retooled our wall cabinet outside the bathroom. Gabe was personable, responsive, and took great care to do a good job. Running a business is difficult, especially now with supply chain issues but Gabe worked with us to make sure we got what we needed. His price was very reasonable and while the project took a day or two longer than originally estimated, Gabe stayed in contact with us and updated us along the way. His team was friendly and responsive, and did a good job. We are highly enjoying our new bathroom.
