Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. Their quality of work, construction knowledge, and integrity makes it very easy for us to give them a 5-Star Rating.

Dave and Frank were amazing to work with. Their honesty, quality of work, and fair wages were so appreciated, especially after our builder left us with many incomplete warranty items. Dave identified the source of a major leak and also installed tile in our gazebo. Really nice guy! We will have him and Frank back for our next project.

Dave does exceptional work for me on multiple and varied projects for my rental and home. I have not found a single problem that he did not solve and the work quality is very high. Iâ  ve had many contractors working on rental houses and my own house and he is undoubtedly at the top. He is very knowledgeable in many areas of construction, repairs and even yard issues. Highly recommend!
