Hartman’s customer service is incredible. They confirm your appointment along with notifications on when your tech will arrive. Their techs are extremely knowledgeable. They had my ice maker on my Bosch refrigerator up and running within two days. I am extremely happy!!!!

Our service rep called and came to the house. His appearance was clean cut, had a big smile. He assessed our concern and quickly told us what was needed. He gave ua a quote for the service and parts. We agreed. He said it would probably be Thursday or Friday. He called on Friday and came to fix the dryer. He also told my husband he did a good job cleaning the inside of the drum. Lol he proceeded to fix the wheels on the drum and it was done. We are happy that we didn't have to buy a new dryer. Because this dryer is 12 years old but it works great and we love it.
Thank you we will use your service again. Highly recommend.

I called and asked them to come out for dishwasher repair. From the beginning, they were very upfront about their policies and prices. The repair man was on time, courteous, efficient, and also clearly explained policies / estimates. The entire experience was smooth and efficient, and I'm very happy with the repair.

I used Hartman’s Appliance Repair for the first time to repair my washing machine. Jason, our service tech, was very helpful, informative and explained what the problem was. We did have to have parts ordered. They ordered the parts, which took only a couple of days and were back out within a day of receiving the parts to install them which did fix the problem. Thank you Jason for being a great Tech and fixing the issue. I will definitely use Hartman’s again for my appliance repairs.

The job got done right but not till the third visit. The first visit was diagnostic but then they brought the wrong part and had to come back. Plus I was charged for another part that wasn't part of the agreed upon price. The only reason I gave them (4) star's is because the tech, Marcus, was very good at what he does.

I had a perfect experience with the technician from Hartman's! He was on time, personable, very polite, went out of his way to protect my home (covered his shoes and wore gloves, set his tools on a soft blanket), and he was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having with my refrigerator. I highly recommend Hartman's Appliance Repair for any appliance issue you have... I will certainly call them again the next time I need an appliance fixed!
