Basement Drainage Channels - Repair
Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located.
However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor.
I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise.

Dakota came out a couple of weeks ago and checked out my electrical panel and quoted me the cost of a few projects. Today he came and installed three new outside outlets. I was impressed with his knowledge on the first visit and very impressed with his skills and the quality of his work today. He is a very approachable young man and was able to answer all of my questions. This is a 45 year old home and he gave me confidence that the electrical system is up to standards. I have used Hart for plumbing and electrical for almost a decade in my previous home, and started using them for hvac as soon as they expanded into that business. I’ve been in this house for almost a year and one of the first things I did was sign up for their customer care plan. I love ❤️.

Harts Electric answered my request in the most professional manner. They were able to dispatch someone immediately, then they sent me a text with a photo of the electrician who would be sent as well as a mini-bio. I loved that! The electrician arrived quickly and the work was completed to my satisfaction within an hour. Small job for electrician with big results for his customer!
