9/3/2009: Vinyl floors was installed. In the initial contract, it was stated the new floor will be put on top of the old floor after skiming the old floor. 9/4/2009: One day after the installation, the floor showed great uneven spots all over the places. It turned out the old vinyl was removed before laying the new ones. But obviously they did nothing to smooth the old vinyl. 9/5/2009: Sent email asking for response 9/13/2009: No body showed up after a week 9/14/2009: A second email sent and no response so far. Very unprofessional installation and service.

Hart's Flooring did an excellent job for an excellent price. They always showed up on time and the installation was very professionally done. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, our experience with Hart's Flooring was a very positive one. We would definately use them again for future flooring projects.

Awesome! Very professional, friendly and performed a great job -- hired them for paint the inside of my house after they installed the laminate flooring. Just as pleased with the painting as the flooring. I will definite give them a call whenever I have a project.

They rescheduled the day before the installation because they said the carpet wasn't ready. They deducted money from the installation fee for the rescheduling problem. They were polite and professional.

We had a great experience with Hart's Flooring. The service was great and the work was just excellent, very professional. The two men who came to our house really knew how to do this work as master craftsmen. We do think that such skilled craftsman should not charge so little -- that's why we provided a big tip. Even then, we had a 25% discount off any other quote, and a 70% discount off the worst quote. So please take good care, and watch out for yourselves.
