Reviews
Write a ReviewEV charger install in garage. Harts was very timely and able to do the service during the estimate visit. Josh, our service tech, was fantastic. He was quick but thorough and detailed, and also very pleasant. Highly recommend and will use them again.
Summary of Problems Upgrading our Old Piping System ? Wrapped heating wire around plastic pipe which later melted, leaked and charged me $1028 to repair it. ? Installed water heater so that access panels were blocked from access, too far out to enclose flush with surrounding cabinet with unattached ground and no pan underneath. ? Replaced a 40-gallon water heater with a 30-gallon heater which provides hot shower water for 6-8 minutes and not enough hot water to fill the bathtub. ? Replaced wiring to water heater claiming it would probably correct the poor recovery which it did not and charged me $2062. ? Replaced fixtures behind toilet wall so that the opening could not be covered. ? Fastened toilet down so that it was loose. ? Installed the shower handle loose. ? Left drain joint loose under the kitchen sink. ? Offered to install mixing valve at my cost of $2591 after a 10% discount to fix the low hot water supply that they created! NO THANKS!
Technician Owen Burger came out to trouble shoot an issue we discovered during a power outage. Some circuits were not powered by the generator. His expert diagnosis discovered an issue from another companies workmanship that was easily corrected. We plan on using Harts for all of our electrical and plumbing needs moving forward. Thank you Owen for your stellar work ethic and professionalism.
Today I had Roy from Hart’s plumbing come by to replace leaking outside hose bib. It had been leaking for the last three weeks. Very pleased with his professional attitude and experience. He knew exactly what was needed and completed the work very quickly. He was helpful giving tips on how to winterize our outdoor faucet. He also helped clear a clogged shower drain. Thank you Roy for your hard work!!!
Excellent service. Thanks, I wanted to give you 6 STARS rather than 5
Thank you Harts Services for being prompt with my request. From the moment that I called, they were able to schedule a technician to come the next morning. Our technician John L, was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on with our septic system. I would highly recommend them for any issues.
Kenny Brazier was on time and professional. He explained that the dryer and washing machine were on the same breaker; he installed a separate breaker for each circuit. Harts also followed up with appt. to look at my furnace. Would recommend to anyone.
Hart installed a gas line extension from our furnace to our kitchen for a gas stove. Very professional. Great installation.
A bit expensive but worth it. The direct bore installation worked perfectly!
After buying new appliances from Costco, the installers would not hook up due to leaking valves. Called Harts, and after having to reschedule a couple of times, they finally sent a plumber who fixed one (just under $200 to sweat a new valve) but claimed the 2nd one was not leaking. I rescheduled installation on appliance, and installers again said it was leaking. I called Harts again to complain. They sent out the same technician, again claimed there's no leak, but was willing to charge $1700-$2000 to cut a small section of sheetrock, replace the box, sweat a new valve, and patch the wall (no paint, of course). I pulled out my old appliance and disconnected the water line. Lo and behold, the valve was still leaking. I'm not sure I would trust them going forward. I can do sheetrock for less than the $1500-$1800 upcharge and paint it myself. I'm a retired veteran, licensed electrician, and work in construction. I'm pretty sure this is nothing more than a way to gouge customers. I'm pretty sure after reading other online reviews and responses that some Business Manager is going to respond with "someone will call you." It does not change bad business practices.
Hello Howard, we are sorry that your expectations were not met. A manager has reached out directly to discuss further.
