Thomas was my plumber and he is awesome.
Professional and nice and a joy to have around. The company though really leaves alot to be desired. They are super way overpriced and customer service isn’t great. It felt like they didn’t care about my concerns at all.

Central A/C - Service or Repair
I had them come out to do a 'tune up' and annual inspection. They found out why my bill was so high. The company who installed my all electric heat pump system (2023) programmed the thermostat (the contractor part, not the setting the user has access to) incorrectly. Hart changed it to what it should be. By my estimation I have likely overpaid on excess of $3,000 since I moved in to this new construction home. I highly recommended having them out to verify if your system needs help. If your electric bill is over $200 a month you should call them immediately. I wish I had called them in 2023. Can't recommend them enough. Also, Dan was on time, professional, tidy, and communicated well.

Johnny is the best! So smart, helpful, kind and really knows his stuff. Johnny at Harts is so great, I can?t say enough good stuff about him. Super knowledgeable & got me a great deal on getting a new A/C unit etc and new hear installed. If you live in Thurston, Pierce Counties call Johnny at Harts !!!!

Also adjusted the floater, as toilet was running.

My technician arrived at 9:00 am and did not leave my home until 6:00 pm. He installed a new water heater, removed my old water heater and fixed a hot water leak under my home. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!!!!! After the work was complete he performed a complete clean up of his work area. I will need some electrical work done in the future and HARTS will also be doing that work. They are professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable on the work they perform. THEY HAVE MADE ME A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

Deep thanks to Harts for their work to replace a heating system that had started to fail. Hearts has great communication from the office staff to the technicians doing the work. Clearly explained what was happening but they recommended give me different options. Told me pricing on each make sure I didnâ t have any questions and I understood. Very professional, very personable. It was a great experience. Outside of needing them there in the first place.
