"I was there on 9/29 and sold you a squirrel eviction program with a warranty, on 9/29 the job was started, I returned back on 10/7, and have a return scheduled for 10/13 at 12:30 to seal the entry points. At no point in time did you call me to say you were dissatisfied. This is the first I am hearing this from you. I am not a thief nor a liar, you paid for a service that is still in the process of being rendered. I just now tried to call and talk with you and was met with hostility, and a hang up. If you would like a refund please call the office."
"Sorry to hear that you feel that way, but I do not remember it that way. When I came out the only activity I saw was Squirrels that is why it cost $495 if it was Bats it would have cost $995. The house was sealed for flying squirrels. "Sorry to hear you feel that way Vivian. As for insurance we do have insurance and I sent it to you thru text. As you remember I sold the job to you and you were fine with me doing the work. I had some red flags when your husband was not understanding what was going to be done and kept telling me I would be doing it wrong. I like all my jobs to start with everybody on the same page and understand exactly what the process is. I decided to return your money minus the inspection fee which clearly states on the contract that you signed. We do offer free inspections on jobs that are a certain distance from our home base. Like I told you on the phone last time we spoke I would still work with you on this project. I just need everybody on the same page. Once again I do apologize that you feel this way as it was not my intention . Thank you Bill."

From the review it seems they never got the door hangers we left explaining what was going on, I will continue to try and contact the customer to see if we can fix the on going problem there is a 6 month warranty on this property that has not kicked in yet.
