I was charged $2,000 to treat my attic for mice and mouse droppings. The technician claimed he needed hazmat equipment to ensure my children and I wouldn?t be exposed to a deadly virus. However, he showed up with just a spray bottle, disposable painter's coveralls, and a vacuum cleaner. I felt deceived and taken advantage of; he scared me into thinking my children were in grave danger and charged me a fortune. He was supposed to return for additional treatments, but he never did.

Do not hire this guy. He is a thief and a liar. He took $540.00 from me for a squirrel eviction and never performed any of the work he said he was going to. He never returned!! I have contacted the Attorney General and will be taking legal action. Do not trust him!!!!

"I was there on 9/29 and sold you a squirrel eviction program with a warranty, on 9/29 the job was started, I returned back on 10/7, and have a return scheduled for 10/13 at 12:30 to seal the entry points. At no point in time did you call me to say you were dissatisfied. This is the first I am hearing this from you. I am not a thief nor a liar, you paid for a service that is still in the process of being rendered. I just now tried to call and talk with you and was met with hostility, and a hang up. If you would like a refund please call the office."

Bill Hart was very diligent and removed a total of eight squirrels that had taken up residence in my attic. They were chewing my shake shingle roof and destroying it. After removing the squirrels, he installed metal covers so they could not get back in. Also, he sprayed the part of the roof where they were chewing with a mixture that would deter any animals from doing the same thing. And, this is even better: he took the squirrels to a state park where they could be happy and continue to live.

I hired him to get rid of a raccoon. I was told he would come back 3 times to spray under the deck. He never returned. The first time I called he said he would come again. After that he never returned my phone call.

Bill came to my house and provided a service to rid my house of flying squirrels, Nov 2018. He used raccoon scent to rid the squirrels and then stayed he would come back in Spring to seal the house. I paid him in full, $500 in Nov 18. Over the Spring and Summer months I called and scheduled appointment at for him to complete the project, however, he has not completed it. I contacted him Dec 19- to request his return to the house as we have animal sounds in attic again. Today, Dec 19, I had Thomas Pest control evaluate my attic and they reported I had bats in the attic and there were big openings allowing them to get in. Despite the cold weather (Bill postponed sealant until Spring), Thomas Peat control will come back next week and seal the openings and install one way doors to control additional bats entering the house. The inspector commented he only saw bat droppings and no evidence of flying squirrel droppings. I trusted Bill, a nice guy, but does not follow through and complete projects. I will no longer attempt to reach Bill as several emails and appointments have been sent to Bill. Many scheduled appointments but he has never shown up to complete the project.

"Sorry to hear that you feel that way, but I do not remember it that way. When I came out the only activity I saw was Squirrels that is why it cost $495 if it was Bats it would have cost $995. The house was sealed for flying squirrels. i could only rate Harts wildlife 4.5 because we are still in the process of removing the baby foxes. So far I am impressed after couple days we saw less and less of them they were babys and sat in our back yard not afraid but they make a lot of noise at night and threaten our cat.

I had red squirrels destroying my attic, Bill was able to come out the same day, he started trapping and was able to rid my house of squirrels and disinfect the attic, he also put on a chimney cap free of charge, highly recommend!

Bill Hart has never completed the work I paid him for since last year . Does not return phonecalls or msg. After being charged 1500 and still have squirrels in my attic. He literally came to my house 3 times. Very upset and disappointed. Contemplating legal action for non performance of contract

BEWARE!! Bill was unable to provide proof of Liability Insurance, he stated he had a million dollar policy, when asked to please show proof of Liability Insurance, we were told his bookkeeper was out of town. We offered to wait, for her return, which we did, then after a while Bill decided he would prefer to return our money, until she returned and then we would reestablish our contract. We had set up a appointment date for him to return our money and discuss what should happen next. On the appointment date Bill came a little early and left our money in our garage, then Texted us it was there. We were HOME as the garage was opened as well as our doors, when ask why he didn’t ring the door bell, he stated he didn’t want to bother us? We had an APPOINTMENT with him! When we opened the envelope we found out he took an inspection fee out. On his web site it clearly,states in BOLD RED letters FREE INSPECTIONS! I have since then called and texted a request to refund the inspection fee. He has an excuse for everything, his reply was he would see whart he could do when back in N.Y.....no word from him since! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE you TIME or MONEY, he so very UNRELIABLE and not TRUSTWORTHY!

"Sorry to hear you feel that way Vivian. As for insurance we do have insurance and I sent it to you thru text. As you remember I sold the job to you and you were fine with me doing the work. I had some red flags when your husband was not understanding what was going to be done and kept telling me I would be doing it wrong. I like all my jobs to start with everybody on the same page and understand exactly what the process is. I decided to return your money minus the inspection fee which clearly states on the contract that you signed. We do offer free inspections on jobs that are a certain distance from our home base. Like I told you on the phone last time we spoke I would still work with you on this project. I just need everybody on the same page. Once again I do apologize that you feel this way as it was not my intention . Thank you Bill."

Bill came and seemed very knowledgeable. We hired him, paid the fee in full, and he did the first round of treatment, but never came back for second round. When called, we heard a phone message that he had to go out of town on some emergency. He has never returned any of our multiple calls. We still have the problem we paid him to fix. We feel like we were robbed. 0.5 is the lowest rating allowed but that is too high.

Initial impressions: Just hired Bill Hart to do mole removal of my yard. He was very knowledgeable, clear and thorough.
