Start ti finish too long. Always an excuses never a solution. Screw to long screws to short gate falling apart. Swing gate post cracked

I do not recommend this company for anything. they do not finish any projects. I have never seen a finished project from this company. He took the down payment and has not completed the project

"Thank you for you review. You are correct, I have taken the down payment and the project is not complete. You have a completed frame for your kitchen and the floor was upgraded to a better flooring than what was approved. Yes, there are a few items that needed addressed on the floor to be considered done. I only asked for the rest of the insurance money that was paid to you at the begging, so I could put it towards finishing your project. I would love to finish this project."

I think Charles and his team did a fantastic job with the work they completed at my house. There were some scheduling issues that pushed the work being completed, but that's life.

Charles Hartsock will go far as he truly cares about his customers, works with them, goes the extra mile and I would highly recommend him to family & friends alike. He is more interested in the customer's needs than making money. His prices are fair, he goes out of his way to help the customer receive exactly what they want at an agreeable price. He's wonderful!!

This man makes way too many promises, that he cannot keep. He lies. He tells you what you wanna hear and does not follow through.

Project was completed to high quality standards. Contractor was very up front & honest regarding cost and recommended best method to accomplish our project. Owner communicates well with customers & responds to customers timely.

Chuck Hartsocks was here yesterday to find out exactly what I wanted and to take measurements. I'm very impressed with him - his knowledge in several areas of home improvement, his ideas and helping me decide what is best for me and NOT here mainly to line his own pockets with money. He is not a hard sell person, which is very important to me. He could have gone along with different things I wanted but rather than worshipping the almighty buck, he pointed out that I was taking on a lot of costly projects. My 'wish list' ran up to almost $40,000 which is a totally unrealistic amount to spend on a 20 year old mobile home. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and advice and look forward to working with him. So far, the work has not been started and I won't be able to have it done until April 2019. I had to fill in all the required fields to get to this part of the survey. I will fill out another review when the work is completed and I'm sure he'll get the same glowing results!
