Hartzell Construction

Pete Hartzell is a great handy man!

Pete contacted me immediately and he continued to communicate throughout process. Very professional, courteous and fair with pricing. Excellent service! Excellent work!

Pete contacted us immediately; and, stayed in touch throughout planning and materials acquisition. He arrived on time; and, completed the job in two days, as he stated that he would do. He went out of his way to pick up some of the material that were left out of our original shipment, as well as, returning incorrect material that was sent and bringing the right product back on his own. Pete was very flexible when we adjusted the job to include additional spaces in the house. He agreed and completed all of the work quickly; and, professionally. Pete has a great demeanor; and, is an absolute pleasure to do business with. He provided quality work at a very reasonable price; and, cleaned up well when he was finished. We could not be more pleased with the crown and shoe that he installed throughout our home. We whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, accurate; and, timely work completed by a great guy!

He went out of his way to get us booked in a short period of time to accommodate a deadline we were dealing with. He finished the project (crown molding) quickly, professionally and we would highly recommend him to anyone. It was a great experience for us.

Pete is a good man. Seems to stand behind his work and delivers what he promises. I am very happy with the work that he did to repair my deck.

Great, honest guy to deal with. Very professional, great price and value for the $ Excellent clean up after work was performed.

We are scheduled but the job has not started yet.

He did great work.

He was a really honest guy, and was very satisfied with his price.

Pete came to our house within a few days of our request. Gave a very fair bid and completed the project in 2 days. The workmanship was top notch and professional. What a great work ethic! Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs the work done right!

Mr. Hartzell did maintenance and a significant repair on my large deck. He was very diligent and knowledgeable, and he did a good job.

Pete came to my home the same day I called to evaluate the job, bid it for a very fair price and completed the project in one day when I expected it would take two at least. Tremendous work ethic and very personable. I would gladly hire again.

Efficient and good quality work

Exceptional work!! My wife and I got sick in the middle of having our kitchen floor tiled. I asked Pete if he could wait until we got better so we could rest during the day and also not to get him sick. He didn't even think about it. said no problem right away! I will hire him again!! Great guy!

I hired them for 3 projects, one was to remodel a Summer House, they replaced my front porch, and the last was to replace my side porch and put new steps into my basement. They always showed up on time and worked very efficiently. I plan to have them screen in my back porch some time in the future. I put off doing these projects for years because I couldn't find anyone that I trusted to come in my house. I would highly recommend them.

Pete did the work as promised, was quick and the quality of his craftsmanship is tremendous! He fixed my deck rails while I was at work and left the area clean with no sign he was here except the GREAT job he did!

A real craftsman. The trim looks outstanding.

Excellent workmanship! I will hire him if I need help.

Pete was just great to work with. He did some interior trim for us, and we are very pleased. We found his price to be fair, he was friendly and professional, and takes great pride in his work. We will invite him back for future projects.
