Initially, I thought Mr. Harvey and I would have had a great working relationship because I would have liked for him to service the pool bi-weekly or monthly. However, getting Mr. Harvey over to my house to complete the job in which I paid for has been disappointing. It's been weeks since I paid him the balance and he still hasn't stopped back by to check the liner in my pool or add chemicals. If you are too busy with current customers than either hire more people or take on less. I know the chemicals are extra however he still should have called to check in and tell me what I need to get or he would be too busy until whenever.
