I was contacted both my email and by phone by the Eagle Peak owner and she was very helpful. I spoke with her on a Tuesday and because it was going to rain on that following Thursday she promised that someone would come and take a look at and possibly repair my roof by Wednesday. Her guys did the work and I was very pleased by their quick response as well as the service that was provided. If needed I would definitely use their service again.
