Shawn came out to Berea and checked my bathroom floor for asbestos. Finding it was old ceramic tile he said it would not need to be tested. He is writing a report to give to Home Depot to certify no asbestos. And then he didn t even charge me anything. Nice man. Saved me a lot of money.

Shawn was very quick to respond to our request for a quote. For now we only wanted asbestos tiles removed from our front entry, but he also gave us a quote for two rooms' worth of tile in the basement. His estimate was the lowest of the three we got and when we were ready to have the work done, he was flexible and responsive about scheduling. The work was completed quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Truly a pleasure to work with a home improvement business that has such great communication and flexibility!

They contacted us quickly, explained everything, and were able to schedule within one week. The job took about 5 hours and the cost matched the estimate offered. The owner was involved, which was nice as well!

The asbestos cloth and tape were removed from the furnace and some surrounding ducts which was what we hired them for. However, what they did not mention is that they also took apart the ducts and removed a lot of the ductwork. We did not realize this until the following day when an HVAC company came out to replace the cloth (which we knew we would have to do) but then said they would have to take measurements and come back later with the parts to replace all the ductwork that we did not know would even need replaced. Because of all the missing equipment, the house is not being heated and it has only been in the 40s/low 50s in the past week so we are cold at home. The price for removing the asbestos was low which I appreciated but I would have really liked to know that I wasn't going to have the ducts needed to heat the house so I could have let the HVAC company know that in advance instead of freezing for a week afterwards.

Had them remove a ton of asbestos tile from my basement. They had the lowest bid, and earliest start day, and the work proceeded as they predicted. I don't really have any complaints.
