Only pressure washed exterior before Matthew Hathaway broke contract. Walked away from job accusing owner of lying about cleanliness of exterior surfaces after pressure washing and accusing owner of lying about non-performance of his crew (brother). Missed two appointments, first one was the actual start date, second was to pick exterior colors. Only retained after first missed appointment because offered 5% price reduction. Makes too many excuses for non performance.
