John Hatt is very undependable and unreliable he did minor work for me but I had to call him all the time to do anything He rants and raves out ;loud so the entire community heard him complaining about his wife who left him . He gets you to feel sorry for him especially if he knows you believe in God and are a Chrisiyian. He cheats by breaking things and then saying it was broken so he could fix it. He overcharges for the work. He boasts how he cheated the County of Stsfford to let him build a home on his property and put an adjoining septic on his property. He constantly lies. He use to havre long hair it looks he cut it to make him look dependable and honest. He is not He stole my caulking gun and then played games with me by bringing me all his old caulking guns. Mr. Hatt was available on short notice and took perfection in is work. He patched a hole in my wall and painted it.

Make sure you shop around first before doing business with this guy. He gave you the estimate one thing but charge you something else. I recommend a written agreement before doing the work.
