Haubner Construction did an excellent repair. We had called the original installer to fix the gutter that was never hung correctly, they never returned the call. The gentleman from Haubner came out and assessed the issue, devised a plan, and repaired the problem. No more leaks that were ruining my outside and inside walls. I would highly recommend them and would use them for any future repair issues around the building. Thank you Haubner Construction.

Ben fixed the water leak in our roof. He was polite, knowledgeable and considerate. Everything related to the repair was communicated clearly. The cost was very reasonable. they came out on a Saturday to look at problem, determine a solution and provide free estimate. Found type of existing vent for bath exhaust installed on semi-flat roof they had seen problems with in past. Repair went great; they replaced with proper vent for type of roof. There were two vents replaced. They put down IceDam and sealant around area. While under roof I had them replace duct to the vent and also added plywood to allow me to access attic area easier. Also some added insulation in an area that had been damaged. Ben was easy to work with, knowledgeable, fit this small project into a busy schedule so he had a warm winter day to do roofing.
