"Alina is a toxic, dishonest person. We treated her with courtesy and respect at every turn, all while she wasted our time with last-minute cancellations (for which we never charged), lied about the price she agreed to pay (after the work was completed to her satisfaction), and verbally abused our hard-working specialists with threats and insults. To top it off, days later she called and texted to complain ON CHRISTMAS MORNING, while all of us were at home with our families. When she didn't get exactly what she wanted when she wanted it, she threw a temper tantrum and downgraded her original five-star review to the lowest possible level, then attempted to destroy our reputation by calling us a scam. I have been deeply embarrassed for Alina, who has acted from beginning to end like a bully and a coward. And if she thinks for one minute I am going to let her hijack our holidays with her shameful behavior, just so we can stroke her ego by begging for a good review, she has got another thing coming. To everyone else, who is decent and respectful, and treats hard-working men and women with the dignity they deserve, I say: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!"
