We also specialize in commercial junk removal like estate clean outs, rental clean outs, storage unit clean out and EXCAVATION services. We found Haul-Away, LLC in 2010 after we realized that junk,trash removal and recycling was the best business model fit to our communities needs. Our office is based out of Columbia, South Carolina.

They were hired to put in a french drain in the driveway and lay some stone. They did the job initially. It wa no;t done right. So they were supposed to come out and redo it with yet more stone 2 weeks ago. Haul away has not done the job correctly because it isn't doing what it is supposed go do. They were called and conferred that it needed to be redone. That was 3 weeks ago they were to come out twice and neither time did they call. We had to call them. They claim they don't have my phone number. They originally contacted me about the initial quote. They are not good at staying in incommunicado. They are putting off coming out and doing the job so it does what it was intended to do.

We have used them multiple times and could not be happier. I highly recommend. They are a good group of guys, honest, work hard and they did a great job for me all the time. I am hiring them again in two weeks, there is no one else I would recommend.

They came the first day and picked up some of the debrids, since it was more than they had thought and didn't have room for all so we reschedule for next day. Next day I tried to contact them several times to find the time of the day they will came, to no avail. At the end of the day I hear from them they had a problem with the truck and it will be next day. I asked them to come after 10 or 10:30 AM, since I need to leave to work and the drive way is narrow. Next day before 10 AM when I was in the driveway exiting I had to honk in fear, since the truck had entered backwards into the driveway. After they moved back the truck to the street I said I will be back in 30 minutes so that they can start. They were gone without removing the rest of the debris. I tried to contact them several times and no reply. Lack of respect for people's time.

"Hello, This is jordan kirven the owner of haul-Away,LLC , First off i would like to apologize it came down to the fact that you have to lie to ruin my 5 star rating. Which i proudly obtained by having outstanding services. Let me explain the truth. Elizabeth called me and i gave her a quote based on our trailer sizes. We got to the property and she could barley speak english. I explained to her that she had way more stuff then she told me. Before i began to do the job i told her that and she agreed. We filled up a trailer load and was planning to come back the next day to get another one. The next day my radiator blew and delayed us for that day. I told her that i was now on a tight schedule because of the lost day of work. She picked a time and we agreed the following day to finish at 10:00A.M. We were there at 9:55 backing the trailer in the driveway, when we got to the end of the driveway she decided to get her car and told us to move( cussing us out the whole time) . She told me be there at 10. i pulled all the way out the drive way which is very long and steep. I walked back up the hill and spoke with her and she said i have to leave can you come back in a hour. I said sorry miss Elizabeth i can not do that because i am on tight schedule and you agreed to 10 oclock, but we may reschedule. She did not like that she got out her car and cussed me and my worker out and said a lot of things i will not say on this comment. I said Mrs Elizabeth we can work this out i already offered a discount and other things. She could not get her act together and so i told her i am sorry but i cant Tolerate this behavior and that i am leaving . Some people can not be reasoned with ."
