Hauling Grass

Made promises and did not keep. Never came back. Half the yard died very quickly. We called him but never got a reply. Do not Hire

I am not sure what is going on with them now. In September of 2018, I planned some work with them and gave them half of the cost upfront. I had to postpone the work due to some unforeseen foundation and septic repairs. The other work is done and I am ready to schedule the work. I have been trying to contact them since mid February 2019. All but one of my calls went to voicemail where I left a voicemail. One call was answered but he said he would call me later that evening but he never did. I have tried to be patient but after 6 weeks of calling, it has become obvious they are ignoring my calls. At this point, I would settle for just my money back and find another contractor to do the work!

This company was the first to contact me, and came to my house at noon that day to give me an estimate on the project. A major branch of a Bradford Pear tree (Don't EVER plant them - they're beautiful in bloom but they are known for splitting) had broken off from the trunk about 3' up from the ground, an had fallen with most of it in the lake but wit about 8' of the wood still on the troun an resting on my retaining wall. The co-owner of the company came out about an hour after he called, and offered to do the job for $100, unless I wanted the entire branch (most of it in the water) removed, in which case the cost woul be $200. I chose to have them cut off the part that was laying on the ground (about 8' long), since my neighbor had offered to haul the rest of the limb (the leafy part with lots of smaller branches) out to the middle of the lake/ His 2-man crew arrived about 20 minutes later, and it took them about 45 minutes to separate the limb from the leafy part, cut the limb into several pieces, and load it on to their truck. They were very friendly and professional, and I was aso glad to learn they do just about anything around the yard that needs to be one.
