In regard to Hauling Guys and Demolitions, LLC. My experience was horrendous, to say the least. I contacted the owner, Byram W. to schedule an estimate. He came over within a few days, saw what I needed to be done, and agreed to the work. I mentioned his ad in the paper advertised 50% off. He said that I would not qualify for that but if I paid upfront, he could discount $500. I agreed and paid upfront on the understanding that he would cash the check when the job was half complete. ( He cashed it before the job was à ¼ complete) The job consisted of trimming a medium-sized tree, demolishing a dog house, pulling up a small banana tree, cutting wire around a garden area that consisted of cement and rebar, and removing the wire and rebar, and leveling out the area. The expected work was to be completed in 4 days (weather permitting) and the release date was 17 days later weather permitting. Byram was confident he could do the job knowing all that was expected and walking the job seeing what obstacles may be in the way. I was confident he could do the job as well. I was wrong. It started off well. His team of tree trimmers arrived 3 days later and trimmed the larger tree as I asked. When the team finished, I was asked to call Byram to let him know they were done. (He was not on-site at all that day.) I contacted Byram to let him know his team was done. Here is where it starts to become strange. He asked me to give them a check for the tree trimming. I told him that would not be possible, as I had already paid him for the job. Byram said he would refund the amount to me. I told him the team had already left. He said they could come back. I refused again. Eleven days later, yes 10 days after the expected due date, and 5 texts and phone calls to Byram he arrived on the job site with a helper to walk the job again and planned to be here two days later to complete the job, until we finish, all day if we need to. He could not give me the exact time he would be here and tension between us began. I was already frustrated that the job was taking too long and he could tell. Byram arrived 2 days later with men and equipment to do the job. Two hours later, the job not even close to being complete, he told me he was ready to leave because he did not have the right equipment for the job. Now, I understood him to be a professional here. He walked the job twice at this point and said he could do it. I was not happy. I was expecting the job to be completed on time. I told him as much and he proceeded to argue with me the customer!!! Thirty minutes later, I agreed to give him 10 more days to get the right equipment and complete the job. My confidence in him lessened every day, but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt to complete the job that I had already paid for. Nine days later, he again argued with me on the phone over trash left behind in the yard. The deadline was looming and I needed the job done. He left metal stakes in the yard, wires hanging, trash, and limbs in the yard. He complained about my dog, who was locked in the house. Needless to say at this point, the job was not completed. I had to ask him to leave my property. He tried to intimidate me at every turn and I was done. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK AT YOUR PROPERTY!! THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER HAD. STAY AWAY!!!

They were wonderful. Very efficient,handled my items with care.very professional and worth every penny. Put customer satisfaction first. I would recommend them to my friends.
