This is a long overdue follow-up to the work Hauptman Enterprises did to replace an improperly pitched pipe in the foundation of my home. The job was done incorrectly and the replacement pipe is also not pitched properly and consequently I have the same problem. It took more than a year to realize. When I placed follow-up messages, phone and email for the Company to discuss the problem Hauptman would not respond. I am not surprised to see they are no longer an approved contractor.

This service was for my solar panel hot water system. I was immediately impressed with the depth of knowledge evident in both the crew leader and his two workers. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repairs completed, and the system recharged with fresh fluid. The nicest surprise was that the bill was less than the original estimate.
