Hauser inspected an upscale furnace we bought from them. They said nothing was wrong ? including a fan one of their competitors said was going out. 2 weeks later when we first used the furnace, Hauser had to replace the fan. They said they could not predict a fan going out! Apparently their competitors can.
We were a few days past our warranty, but Hauser agreed to replace under warranty (parts, not installation). They charged $1,792 for a 20 - 30 min installation, an effective labor rate of $3,600/hr. Numerous calls were ignore except business person explained that this is not an hourly rate, just the price they charge for this installation.
This is greedy and unethical. They use linguistic obfuscation, calling it an ?installation fee? ? independent of an hourly rate. It is immoral: a grifter?s flim-flam shell game. An annual labor rate of $7.5 M is not reasonable by anyone?s standards.

Prompt, friendly and professional. Called about broken A/C unit on a Sunday morning at 10am and Ahmed had it fixed by noon on the same day. Highly recommended!

Initially, I really liked and found value in Hauser to service my geothermal system. Over the last year their service (customer service and technicians) has degraded significantly. As one example, they had to reschedule a routine inspection and service 3 times. They tried to reschedule it a 4th, but I refused. Not very reliable now, and I am not sure what has changed (but it has changed). I would not recommend them now.

Pretty good experience if you just install new HVAC. But, if it is full HVAC and duck replacement, you will need to ask during quote. Otherwise, you will have trouble.

Took time to explain options, project started within the week, done in one day, and hauled everything away. There was an issue with clearing needed to install the filter, they worked with us and it turned out well. I would hire again and recommend.
