Hauser Building transformed our house from devastation to delight. We had extensive water damage as the result of a ruptured pipe in our master bathroom. My family and I had been out of town for Thanksgiving, and returned to our home to find a gut wrenching amount of water throughout our first floor. After the initial dry out took place, which included removal of hardwoods, tile, carpet, insulation, heating/cooling duct work, I could only stand to be in our home for short amounts of time before becoming overwhelmed by a feeling of loss. It wasn't my home anymore. I am so thankful that we selected Hauser Building to restore our home. When Ed Hauser made his initial view of our damage, I could tell that he understood what had happened to our home and to us as a family. He was thoughtful, sympathetic, and professional. When the work began, it was close to Christmastime and he and everyone on his team made restoring our home a priority. Ed was accessible when we had concerns or questions, and he made reasonable and honest responses and suggestions. My family and I are thrilled to be back in our home. It is beautiful and ours again. It's even better than it was before! We will definitely be using them again...but hopefully under more cheerful circumstances. We will be forever grateful for all of your hard work, Hauser Building.

Hauser Building transformed my home. I bought a big lumbering house on an exquisite piece of property. In two phases, Hauser Building transformed the living spaces. Opened up rooms, closed others - and added beautiful finishes throughout. Truly incredible. Industry judges cane by to take a look. Even they were impressed. And yes - the project was selected as the remodel of the year. Now I live in an award winning home! I have to add that I lived through the changes and Ed's guys were great. After choosing Hauser Building --with Ed Hauser's assistance, we made informed decisions about design and materials.Throughout the demolition and rebuilding, communication from the contractor and from his subs was excellent.There were no surprises.The construction- well planned and orderly.The high regard and excellent collaboration shared between contractor/Hauser Building and the subs was palpable -- VERY important to us.Ed Hauser was an excellent steward of our job, our property, our resources and our sanity!
