They took my money they did not finish the job. The work that they did for a disabled veteran with no legs was terrible. I had to do everything over again the worker cried about needing money said his wife had cancer and he needed me to pay him some money before the job was finished I did they never came back. I wouldn't hire them to build a dog house.

Did a good job.. but, charged an extra 246.00 for not checking the correct amount of fence needed.

They installed fencing for me that does not open or close. I counted them at least six times with no response. Was told by the salesperson I needed to talk to the installer. 100% disappointed.

Do your research. Ask lots of questions.

This company is not accredited with the BBB. I paid for a new fence install $3640, They cashed the check immediately but started putting the job off by making excuses about not having the materials. I did not negotiate the proposal price, I paid it in full plus an extra $300.00 to remove the tree debris for the city of Jacksonville that they were responsible for. The proposal was for a full fence and a 5 foot Gate. They only put a 3-foot gate on and now I can not get my Tractor through my gate to cut my grass. I gave them over a month to correct this issue before I wrote this review because I know how damaging reviews can be. I will be filing a lawsuit against them due to this ongoing issue that now I have to have yet another company come out to fix. PLEASE READ AND BEWARE!!!!

Great job just trying to figure out why they didn’t ask me for a water source for the concrete that they put in for the posts?? A little upset about that

Finished ahead of schedule. Stayed on budget. Professional and courteous representative. Kept us informed of their progress.

I originally began speaking with Havana Remodeling 1/28/21 after the company was referred by my son. A price was agreed and pictures were sent of the work I wanted to be done. I meet up with the contractors and the daughter of the owner who was translating. 3/8/21 which an additional $500 was added to the price which was agreed upon.Deposit $2750 was given 3/9/21 work began they arrived at 11am left at 4pm after putting 6 posts in the ground. Received a text from company around 8-9 pm saying father had to take son to the doctor (eye doctor) and they would be late then shortly after received another text saying they would not be here3/10/21. Text them 3/10/21 and during the back and forth texts I asked about the concrete flooring and the shingles for roofing because there was aluminum sheets left in the yard. Told them the quality of the aluminum was cheap and would rust and buckle. The picture that were sent was of shingled roofing and the original price I agreed was for shingled roofing and concrete flooring. They responded that it would be an additional $1500 and that they had already spent 1200 on material. I responded that is not what I agreed upon. So as of today 3/11/21 no work being done and no response on the deposit given.

We hired Havana to replace the fence in our back yard and are extremely happy with the job they did. Their price was better than any other quote we got and they were available immediately. Theyâ re a family business who will do whatever it takes. If professional office practices and slick looking quotes are important to you, this might not be for you, but if you want high quality work delivered on time and at the best price, you canâ t beat them.

Good work, on time, less expensive than others. Highly recommend.

I hired Havana Remodeling based on the reviews here. I was very happy I did! The family owned business came out the same day I requested a quote, went over all the details with me and gave me a price that I knew could not be beat! Germany and his brother arrived the next day and built the fencing on site! This enabled them to ensure a fence that stayed level at the top and bottom in spite of the grade of the property! The gates they built and installed are excellent! I will be hiring them in the future for other remodeling!

Work was performed as promised, and in a timely manner.

We came to an agreement and they began working the next day despite the muddy conditions of my backyard. They showed up at 7am and was finished by 2pm. Great people that are easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

We contacted Havana Remodeling to replace a fence in the back of our property that was in poor shape. We needed an 8-foot tall pressure treated wood fence. Havana Remodeling sat down with us and we discussed design ideas. Their quote was excellent and we set a date for them to begin work. On that day, they showed up exactly the time they said and began working to remove the old fence and install the new one. They completed the work in the exact time they specified and the quality is fantastic! When they left, the site was neat and clean. We really recommend Havana Remodeling.

Price was competitive. They helped with ideas, arrived on time and finished on time. Cleanup was properly done and the quality of work was excellent. Very easy to work with.

I ve hired contractors/fence companies in the past. Havana Remodeling, LLC has outshined all of them. Arrival was on time, product of high grade, quality of work, excellent, clean up A+. Most was a very fair price for the job. I plan to hire Havana for future projects. Family business is the best!
