Our appraisal company covers approximately six to eight southeast central Texas counties including, Austin, Colorado, Fayette, Lavaca, Washington, Waller, Wharton, Fort Bend and Western Harris County. Myself Jim Havel have over 33 years of appraisal experience I am General Certified and both VA and FHA approved. My partner Adam Burttschell 15 years. We specialize in owner/user commercial, rural ranch, single family residential and vacant land.
