After contacting Havens for emergency AC repair service, was promised that I would be called the first thing next morning for repairman arrival. That did not happen, so I called back around 10AM and was told by serviceman that he was â running behindâ and would be available by noon, just wait for his call. Was not called until after 1PM, serviceman did not arrive until almost 2PM.

We received quotes from multiple companies for a new 4-ton central air split system. We chose to hire Havens for multiple reasons: Zach was knowledgeable, spent time explaining pros and cons of each option, responded quickly to our request for a quote, was reasonably priced yet offered a comparable warranty, and even proposed options we never considered to save a little money! The system was installed just a few days after we selected his company and only took a few hours. They even cleaned up before they left! I would highly recommend Havens Heating and Cooling to friends and family - they did an excellent job!

Zack Havens came out on a weekend and repaired my central air conditioner when two others told me I would need a new central unit and it would be in repairable zack saved me half the cost and the unit works as it was new
