5.0 Erica W. Conley, GA

I had a major flood in my home that affected two levels. Seeing as how I had never gone through something like this I thought that it would be a simple process to fix. I called my insurance company and Havoc Heroes was sent out promptly. Jackson and Eric truly helped me digest the fact that there would be rooms that required removal of my floors and ceilings due to the water damage. They were prompt and professional, but most of all they were compassionate about how I felt throughout this process. They explained every single step along the way. To have them around while repairing this chaos in my home was really a blessing. Thank you Jackson, Eric, and Havoc Heroes for the first part of my process. I would surely send anyone I knew with water or restoration issues to Havoc Heroes without a second thought. Thank you thank you thank you so much!

Great Customer Service!!!

5.0 Danelle F. Fayetteville, GA

The team was led by an outstanding young man who knew how to handle the job efficiently and quickly. He was also very comforting as it is hard to see water pouring into your home, and he made me feel comfortable that he would take care of everything and I would be very pleased. He was right!!

5.0 Tangie B. Marietta, GA

The level of detail, and professionalism far exceeded my expectations! John was excellent from the start. He was always available, and was always knowledgeable. Adam came in on the project after about a wee, and again excellent service. I will definitely recommend this company.

5.0 William B.

Havoc Heroes personnel were extremely knowledgeable, professional, expeditious, courteous and an excellent representative for Encompass Insurance. Upon arrival they immediately surveyed the situation, informed me of the necessary steps required to complete the task. The entire team from owner, technicians and workmen were just as described in the opening statement. I highly recommend Havoc Heroes.

Response from Company:

Thank you, William, for that nice review. It is always good to know that we accomplished our goal of providing exemplary service to our customers and we appreciate the time you took to write this review to let other people know!

5.0 Megan J. Alpharetta, GA

Over Labor Day weekend in 2016, my significant other and I enjoyed a long weekend in South Georgia. We are both young professionals leasing a townhome in Alpharetta waiting for the right time to purchase our starter home. During that weekend, and unbeknownst to us, the water pump of the refrigerator broke causing the entire first floor of our 1600 sq. foot townhome to flood approximately six inches, and also flooded our neighbor's townhome. When we returned home to a buckled first floor, and a wailing calico cat we could help but to panic. Thankfully, I knew Mr. Darryl Defendorf through networking and called his cell phone at around 6-7 p.m. on Labor Day. Not only did Darryl answer my phone call, but he had contacted his crew, and were at my townhome within an hour. Their response time was even faster than the landlords. You can imagine the landlord's stress diminish with the knowledge that we had already contacted someone that could help us. Darryl helped us get through a very unpleasant experience by being quickly responsive, kind, professional, and empathetic. I know that he helps hundred of people in the same situation. And despite that, he still was sympathetic, attentive, and had a reliable work crew. Our townhome first floor was repaired with everything being replaced (kitchen cabinets, floors, insulation, dry wall - you name it) after one month. I would not wish this experience on anyone. But, it if happens to you - Call HAVOC HEROES!

Such speedy service. It's wonderful to find a person with integrity who will get the job done. You went above and beyond to help us. We could not be happier with your services. Highly recommend.

2.5 Dallas, GA

Wouldn't give official quote, and then overcharged way more than what they said

Response from Company:

It is important to note that Havoc Heroes provides free trip and job scope inspections. In this case, water came into the home through basement walls, so not all potential damage was visible; demolition and dry-out often present variables as to the ultimate extent of the work. When that occurs, we provide an estimate with a guarantee that it will not be above this range. The verbal estimate in this case was $1,000 to $2,000. This approach was approved and contract signed for work to begin. As the job progressed, we continued to provide the contracted individual with regular updates, but the spouse was not engaged with us directly. As the project approached completion, we were pleased to announce that the final cost would be closer to $1,000. Labor, materials, and dry-out resulted in a calculated amount of just over $1,600. With the 20% discount special we were running for non-insured customers, the total cost was under $1,300. As you can see, we are a company that exhibits unwavering honesty and integrity and keep accurate records all service engagements with customers. We look forward to the opportunity to continue this tradition going forward.
