Hawa Pool Service

I have been using Hawa Pools for my weekly pool maintenance for over four years now, and they have consistently provided fantastic service. Their maintenance technicians are exemplary—always arriving right on schedule, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor, and performing exceptionally thorough work. One of my favorite features of their service is the detailed digital report they email after every single visit. This report includes precise chemical readings and a clear summary of the work completed, offering great peace of mind. Since hiring Hawa Pools, our pool has never looked better or clearer. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a dependable, high-quality pool care company.

Failed to add chemicals until it turned green. Repaired pump with incorrect o ring. Blamed problems on the pandemic. Kept promising to take care of it but did not for over a week. Took matters into my own hands to clean the pool. It has been neglected. Nice guy but I do not think he really knows much about pool maintenance. He has been with us for over a year, but we have not been using the pool.

Came to house and reviewed the job with me. He was timely and polite.
