Damon and team were excellent! It was a short one week turnaround from the estimate given till install took place. A portable air conditioner was kindly loaned to me to keep from being completely miserable. The team replaced a central air system at a very competitive price. The 18 month warranty on workmanship vs. 12 month from other companies was a major factor in my choice. Very efficient and organized installation.

The owner Damon and his crew were outstanding! When I first called a company I saw a neighbor used the told me they couldn't come out for 2 weeks..... That was unacceptable... when I called Hawaiian Pro AC not only did they come out within minutes, they were polite, outstanding exchange of information, kept me informed of progress and had it repaired the same day. My A/C stopped working for a second time in a matter of 3 months 2.5 of which I was deployed and no one was home and this time i decided to call a pro and try you tubing the issue and fixing it myself. Great thing too because my issues were not small. First Damon at Hawaiian Pro AC LLC pointed out the Gecko problem I had and explained the damage they caused and then went on to do a courtesy check on my refrigerant level and found mor problems. After explaining the possible fixes for everything he gave me an estimate which I feel was very reasonable. I then asked him how much would it cost to replave the unit with a new more reliable and efficient one and he gave me another very reasonable estimate so I went with the new unit snd ever so happy I did. Damon and Hawaiian Pro AC are now my go to
