Garage Door - Install or Replace

They had no idea what they were doing.They had the horizonal piece set to go on the vertical sides. They needed wood. They wanted the instructions. After two hours I suggested they leave which they willingly did and said they would be back Friday. They never returned. My neighbor and I ended up doing it ourselves and I must say, it wasn't that hard. Not even the springs. It lifts with two fingers. Never ever again will I go shopping like that again.

"On this job i am very sorry for what happen there were of course 4 people there all of witch had there own ideal on how to install this door , so once they cleared out me and my crew were able to lay things out (approx 400 pieces ) and by the time we got it all set up to go we were lost daylight, i fell off a manlift that same week and was in hospitol with 4 ruptured disk still in pain im very sor"

Stephen and crew were wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They did more than the house and shed (including a bonus of power washing my outdoor wood furniture). I would definitely recommend them to anyone. In fact, I have hired Stephen's company to do construction work on my house including putting in replacement windows and doors.

We have delayed completion of the stair project till this spring: we are leaving for several weeks, because oil base stain and finish coat are involved, waiting till warmer weather will allow opening the house to dissipate the fumes, pending bypass surgery.

The project was the building of a bar made out of glass blocks with a tiled counter-top. The workmanship was professional and reasonably priced. I will use again for my next project and recommend them to all my neighbors and friends as it is so hard to find a contractor who stands behind their work and knows what they're doing.
