Took the time to properly triage my issues and evaluate the proper solution for me. In three years, five different contractors referred by my home warranty company have diagnosed my units issues. One was not qualified for my brand, had no idea how my system functioned, said it was too complicated. three others were all recommending replacement ( with lower quality units, and significant out of pocket costs). One magically found a broken wire after I complained about the previous visits results. I got a sense of Philip and Hawk being different from our first phone call. I really thought I was getting a quote for a replacement. Philip spent about two hours on his first visit, and explained what he found. He felt a replacement was not my best option and laid out a plan to resolve my issues and correct years of poor or no maintenance from the previous owners. None of the previous companies even looked at my complete system to find the air filtration units were clogged. So many little things, covering his shoes, correcting the air filtration system, cleaning the electrostatic filters, deep cleaning the coils.... along with actually fixing my coil problem (I never had a Freon leak, but the company a week before wanted to charge me for 16# @$95 #. Entire system restored a few days later on a return visit. Restoration was As Philip diagnosed and everything has been smooth and cool suince. Hawk had no problem with my complex systems or brand. Signed up for annual maintenance to keep things in working order come the fall heating season. So glad Philip called me back. I will recommend him to anyone who needs HBAC service.

I had Phillip Lambson come over to fix the AC on two houses and he was great. He explained everything well and didn't overcharge me. He's honest and did good work. I will definitely use them again if needed.
