I would recommend their services to anyone needing tree removals. They gave a estimate on a Saturday and cut the trees down on a Monday! They ended up cleaning up more than the mess that was created. Highly recommend. They will definitely be my first call for any tree services!

Hawk Tree service did an amazing job on removing a large pine tree between our house and the road. Though there was an accident, David handled it very professionally, and got things cleaned up and patched up very quickly! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Do not hire this company or if you do, do not give them any money upfront. I hired them to take down 3 trees and 3 shrubs and remove or grind down the stumps left by all of the above. They cut them down and I paid what he was asking for. He said he would be back in the area next week to finish the job by grinding the stumps. This was in late March when he started the job. I texted him and asked when he might be here to take care of the stumps. His response was that "I will get to it when I am not busy and when the ground gets hard." Well I know the weather hasn't been good but from late March to the middle of June, I believe there had to be a time when this could have been done. I texted him again last week and told him if he didn't respond by Friday, since he hadn't to phone calls or texts that I was going to look for someone else. That's where I am at right now. He got his money and it was enough to not come back. I will probably go to small claims court next. IRRESPONSIBLE!!

"Sir, I am sorry but your yard is a swamp and my large stump grinder cannot access it until it is hard. And you were made aware of this and agreed for us to come back later in the summer. Also, you were not charged for the removal of stumps. You are charged for the tree removal and only after you and your wife were happy. I do not charge any of my customers until the job is completed and the homeowners are happy!"

David was initially quick and responsive, which was appreciated since we had an emergency (downed tree) at the first property, but then failed to follow up on what was agreed upon regarding a subsequent job at another property. Tried several times to reach him but to no avail. Bad customer service.

"Actually I was quick and responsive to the tree that was on your neighbors house that they were staying in which was very dangerous. I put off other jobs to take care of yours as it was dangerous. I also did go to you're second property and the road was closed on both sides due to a water main break and you know this because I sent you a picture of the utility company's and police / fire trucks. You said you tried contacting me I did not receive one single phone call from you. And when I initially looked at the job for you it was at 7 pm when I just got home from a 12 hour day doing storm work. Within 16hours the job was completed and gettin"

Dave and his crew initially came out to remove 2 trees, but after talking with Dave and seeing the work performed we ended up discussing and pricing the removal of 7 more huge pine trees on the property that were obstructing the views around my house, for a total of 9 trees removed all together. Hawk tree service showed up everyday that they said they would, bright and early, and got the job done. Dave was very easy to talk to and addressed any concerns i had with a smile and no problems. Clean up was as thorough as stated. Very highly recommended !! 5 star performance and service, very reasonable pricing !
