Hello , My name is Doug Hawley and I am the owner . Hawley Construction and Painting is a licensed and insured General Contracting company . I have over 44 years experience in the construction and painting industries . My contracts include all the work I am going to perform , specify the materials I will be using , and specify the fixtures I will be installing . NO DOWN PAYMENT is required except for special order items . A payment schedule is included in the contract . Clients are invoiced only for work that has been done and / or materials that are in the clients possession . I offer my services for reasonable and affordable pricing and I warranty the work .
