If you are looking for a honest reliable company, you just found it! Mr. Joe came out on a Sunday explained everything, fixed my unit. If I could give a 10 star rating he would get it. In today world there are so many blow by night, unqualified Air Conditioner companies that are out to just get your money. Mr. Joe Hawthorne isn’t one of them. Thank you so much Mr. Joe!!!!!! I had previously given them a better score, but since the work was done we found a section not attended to and called back. Was told someone would call us back, but they never responded. After 3 weeks or more of trying to get this fixed, I am changing my score.
