Horrible people to deal with. they lost a check that was given to a technician and charged late fees, putting my account as delinquent. and refused to deduct a stop payment on a check, and customer service reps are rude and ignorant. Technicians are very sketchy characters, actually damaging a basement, and leaving nasty residues on a finished floor. bug problem never went away. There are decent services out there, run away from these crooks and chase a salesperson away from your house if you value your property. Donald,
