Still have ants. They sent out their more experienced technician. Said it could take a few months. You would think they would at least come out once a month. They have not returned since May 3rd despite me paying for June and July. It is now July 8th. They also wont return my call to discuss this. The website does not work to let me make an appointment for service. I will likely cancel despite there being a fee for that.

Missold by their rep who advised I was getting a good deal (quarterly treatment for a quarterly fee - turned out to be a monthly fee) and could cancel at any time penalty fee which was not borne out in the small print on their contract. Further, their treatment seemed totally ineffective as ants reappeared within days as did the bugs on the shrub. The customer service rep was not interested in my complaint, instead only interested in securing the $210 early termination fee that i have paid only so that i would never have to deal with this company again. I can see from other reviews my bad experience is not untypical.

These people are door-to-door scammers. We were having a mosquito issue at the time and I was so fed up with them, that I signed the contract. I was told I could cancel anytime three different times by the rep. she obviously was just trying to make the sell by being untruthful to me. Plus even if I did want to cancel they have a 3 day stipulation where you can cancel within 3 days, well it takes like a week for the mosquito repellent to actually kick in so that does not really work does it... They charge me $80 a month, and I still have mosquitos. Do not work with them, they are scam artists, period.

This company is amazing. They communicate the apprs via different avenues. The exterminator that was sent to my home was professional and courteous. I was raving about the company to my SIL and she is changing to them.,

They need to be truthful when selling the service.

This far I signed a contract gave them my money charge card and the first appointment is Tuesday 8/31. They will come quarterly and guarantee their service will get rid of these disgusting **sweet ants**. I hope so as payment is made!

The technician was efficient and the company was prompt in providing service.
