We reached out to Hayberg Restoration Network earlier this year to get an estimate for closing in our carport to create more living space. They were very professional, and we were impressed by everyone in their company. In their initial reply to my inquiry, they sent us their state license and insurance without me even asking. Just a few days later, Lewis came out to look at our space, answered my questions, and talked me through their process. He emailed us the quote the next day! The total was higher than we were expecting, but that was mostly because we didn’t realize that adding more living space would require the electrical not just in the new part but also in the rest of our 1960s house to be brought to code and that brought the project to more than we could afford at the time. We really wanted to make it work, so I asked some follow up questions to see if there was any part of the project that could be done later or if my husband and and I could do some of the work to lessen the cost, and Lewis came back out to our house for a 2nd visit with an electrician who could confirm the cost of the extra electrical. They sent us a revised quote which was lower, but it was still more than we felt comfortable spending at the time especially when we found out we were expecting a baby! So as much as we wanted to do the project because we felt like we finally found a great company who took the time to come out twice, answered all of our questions, and did their best to work within our budget, we had to pause on the project. Though we did not have HRN complete any work for us, I do believe that if they did, it would have been high quality. They had the best communication out of any contractor I have ever inquired with. Everyone in their office was friendly and replied quickly and they even followed up with us multiple times to see if our decision had changed but unfortunately we just couldn’t swing the entire project financially at this time. I hope one day in the future we can engage them for a project because they were just that great!

Working with HRN was a great experience! Savannah did an amazing job at communicating with me almost daily on the ordering of material and scheduling of contractors. Jose was great as a PM, along with all of the guys that worked on the project. The customer service was phenomenal and the end product is gorgeous.

I was a novice at having remodeling done. I was happy to be able to rely on the honesty, knowledge, and expertise of Hayberg Restoration. My estimate was spot on, all "incidental" changes were explained in language I could understand and anytime I had a question someone got back to my very quickly. I highly recommend Hayberg Restoration. What was originally going to be a very small tile job, turned into a larger job when we found out our bathroom tile was incorrectly installed by the builder. We had Hayberg tear down our shower and the drywall it was attached to and add backer board and re-tile the shower. Heyberg was able to give me a new quote and schedule the crew quickly. The crew worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. The price was reasonable, and communication with Bryan (our PM) was good. I will use Hayberg Restoration again if I need additional work done!

I talked with many contractors before selecting HRN for our kitchen remodel, and went with HRN because while they weren't the cheapest quote, I got the most detailed & realistic quote/explanation of work and the best feeling from Lewis. The project was completed in a timely, efficient manner. Lew & his team were great to work with (we probably weren't the easiest clients either as we were trying to push the timeline as much as possible... plus our quite old house fought back along the way). Our kitchen looks and works great, and when we did have mishaps along the way as you will with any major renovation, Lew was great about being transparent, honest, and working with me to make things right. Love that we've found this company, and we'll be having them back to do plenty more work at our house.

Very easy to work with this group. They were flexible and accommodating at every turn. The work crew showed up on time and worked hard all day. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I was very comfortable with everyone, they treated my home with respect, and the work was outstanding.

Wow, wow, wow!! excellent work!! before I hired Hyberg, I had hired someone to paint my basement office and bathroom and the finished product was horrible!! I hired Hyberg Restoration Network and they did an excellent job, painting the first floor of my house... painters were on time and made sure the finished work was 100%.... You will never regret once you hire them!!.

HRN rocks! Hiring them is the BEST decision we ever made in regards to the remodel of our home. From what I understand, renovations are extremely stressful, but we did not go through any of that because we chose this company. Mr. Hayberg was punctual, a man of character and kept his word right off the bat. You will see what I mean when you hire him. He says what he means and means what he says. Those "little things" are not only part of his character, but that of his crew. And his crew, they are spot on when it comes to getting stuff done. HRN renovated a family room; master and hallway bath. They put in a full bath in the basement and expanded a closet. The bathrooms were gutted and new tile (floor and wall) tubs, vanities, showers, fixtures, plumbing etc. We also had all the stippling removed off the ceilings. It was a total overhaul, for the most part. I had allotted extra time and money because from what I understand contractors “always go over budget and over time”. Well, that was not the case with HRN. His crew began work around 8:30a in the morning and worked until 5, 6pm each weekday. They were done 4 days early (I kid you not!) and because we followed their direction when it came to choosing various vanities, tile, etc., we did not go over budget (yeah baby!). And you should see the work! Our house no longer looks like it was from 1979. The money that we spent on this remodel was so worth it! My mother used to tell me that in life you get what you pay for and when you look at the beauty of what HRN did for us.. it was worth every penny!!!!

Very good to work with and stayed on schedule based on several change controls I requested. Plan for 2-3 solid weeks for a large bath remodel. Its hard to get it done quicker with quality.

After having a bad experience with a different contractor, Lew turned everything around and handled everything with our insurance company. I can honestly say that he made it a very pleasurable experience. He provides great customer service and is very responsive to phone calls, emails as well as text messages. We will definitely hire him again in the future.

RESPONDED TO WIND AND TREE DAMAGE TO MY HOMW AND TARPED THE DAMAGE THE NEXT MORNINGAND WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO ME AND MY INSURANCE AGENT?

Although it was short notice and they had no opportunity for estimating, they didn't have the staff to complete the job on our short deadline. I think that was mostly due to the short time frame that we were under.
