I would never hire him again. He took off the top of my dryer to take with him to refinish due to rust spots, did not return, texted me that me "hadn't forgotten" about me, did not return my repeat phone calls (the phone was often inoperable or his message box was full) and all this while my dryer was useless for weeks, and remains so. Very very disappointed. I finally asked him by text to just return the top of my dryer and I would find other arrangements. Still no reply.

Down to earth and honest.

Very quickly on the job

He missed the first two appointments and finally made it. Looked at the washer, said we were loading too heavily and charged $90. The first load after failed. His voice mail is full and we can not get a response.

Great Service and he called within a short time of our putting the request up. He ordered the parts came back a second time to install and all is well.

Sherod was friendly. He quickly got to work on the dryer and identified the component that needed to be replaced. He needed to get the part so he returned several hours later and fixed the dryer. It has been a month and I have had no problems. Much better than having to buy a new dryer.

It was not as simple a job as he thought at the beginning. Even though it took longer to install than we all thought, they were very calm and respectful. I have had installers before that when things did nit go as planned they would cuss there way thru the job. Sherrod and Troy were very professional and respectful.
