Very friendly, on time, came to look at washer, could have charged me to fix, did not, recommended new one and service plans when purchasing a new one. Thought that was an upstanding recommendation to make especially since if I had a new one that needed service, he would not get the work b/c of service plan purchase / recommendation.

Resolved issue with refrigerator. I was however disappointed scheduled time out 10-12 PM. I called and the time he had was later. My husband took time off to accomidate this time frame. Did not come until 1pm. I now had to use my time from work as well.

He was very prompt and took care of things quickly. My Sub-Zero built in (23 yrs old) really couldn't be repaired, needs a new condenser and he was very honest about telling me what that would cost ($1000+). Suggested that rather than replace the condenser, buy a less expensive refrigerator, which is actually what we did.
