Bruce and his team were great to work with. Showed up on time, installed a new HVAC system in my house. Very respectful of me and my home. He really cares about the quality of his company. Poor guys had to dig out a trench under the house to fit the new system in, never complained. Highly recommend!

I'm totally impressed with the degree of professionalism and responsiveness from Hayes HVAC LLC. Prior to calling Hayes HVAC, I called an HVAC company I used last year which is large and they said due to the volume of service calls they wouldn't be able to come out to my home until the end of the week. Hayes HVAC came out to my house the same day. My AC system was analyzed and the AC system problem was thoroughly explained to me. This was the first time a service technician showed me his personal documentation and gave me options to pick from for repair. If you're sick of the large HVAC companies, please consider trying HAYES HVAC LLC. and I'm sure you won't have any regrets! Finally, I have found an great company to support my HVAC needs!

We have only been in our home for 2 weeks when the upstairs AC unit stopped working, â a leak that was not disclosedâ . Being new to the area I went to HomeAdvisor and Angie list to see recommendations and reviews to request a quote online. Bruce from Hayes HVAC, LLC contacted me immediately and set up an appointment the next day. Bruce was very professional and detailed when he came out to inspect our AC system and wrote several options to repair or replace the unit. Bruce broke everything down to my wife and I which was appreciated since I was stuck at work. After receiving several other quotes I felt more pressure from a salesman than technicians that were working toward a commission rather than a long term customer. We decided to go with Hayes HVAC, LLC and contacted Bruce on a Saturday and he scheduled the replacement the next day, there was no pressure and it was all laid out with unbeatable pricing options. The whole experience was great and I would recommend Hayes HVAC, LLC in Clayton to my friends and family. Bruce and his team came out on Sunday morning and were done by the afternoon, replacing the whole upstairs unit. They arrived early and got right to work, Bruce and his team were professional, efficient, and was available with any questions or concerns. We will be contacting him in the future to replace the downstairs unit.

I cannot sing the praises more of Hayes HVAC! I came home from church and my house was blazing. Bruce was so quick to call me back and share how he could help. He had the most reasonable prices and with had a helping attitude. He answered all my questions with ease. I will be requesting his services when it comes to my HVAC units.
