A couple of issues occurred. First I took off work to have the work done and he called in sick with "covid" but wanted to do the job a couple of days later which I found suspicious. Then the door install was ok but when I painted the door a few days later I noticed the doorknob did not have any screws showing. When I texted him pictures he insisted the knob was missing one screw on one side then went on to insist the door was always that way. Since I put the doorknob on myself I know there were two screws and if one was missing I could have gone to Home Depot and bought one while he was installing the door. But he said nothing until I texted him. He did come over as he insisted all I needed to do was turn the cover and the screw would appear (which I did before I texted him and saw no screw) and he turned it clockwise and pointed to the left side saying "see the screw now?" But there was no screw there as it was missing on the other side. He continued to talk to me rudely.

This pro was on time, professional and did a great job on getting our door repaired and working again. So very happy with Dwayne’s work.

This company did a great job installing a new door and it's casing in our condo. The door was oddly sized and needed to be a custom order. Dwayne was very easy to communicate with and was always on-time and completed the work when he said he would. I highly recommend him for General Contracting jobs.

My garage door (to the yard) was absolutely stuck - the lock was broken, could not even open the door. He came out, same day, replaced the lock with one I had purchased, works perfectly again, easy peasy, guy was great! Even rekeyed the lock for me in seconds (a feature of this particular lockset).

Dwayne is personable and professional. He knows what he is doing and he did a great job.

Dwayne with Haynes was very kind and efficient and did a wonderful job installing 5 interior doors. These were complete tear outs of the old doors and installing new doors, trim, and hardware. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone and would hire him again.
