Had an appointment with them on June 12, 2026. Window was 8am to Noon. Job snake a slow kitchen drain. Called twice during the referenced timeframe - response will be there in 20 minutes. NEVER SHOWED UP. I dare them to respond to this review!

Showed up on time. Very professional and pleasant. Fixed our nagging problem quickly (a slow-draining tub), and it wound up being less than they estimated for the work. All-in-all, a very positive experience.

The work was complete by the gentleman and it was good work at a good price but, the second part of the job was to remove a piece of wood under the sink the owner wanted to charge me almost $300 to remove it and replace it. I thought that was outragoues to say the least it was like he was trying to recover some of the money he charged for the dishwasher.

They were fast, affordable, and very effective! My building engineer could not unclog my sink and recommended another plumber whose rates were a bit higher. Haynes was there the same morning I called, unclogged my sink very quickly, and cost a lot less than the quote from the other plumber. I'd call them again and will recommend highly!
