Hayes did a nice job of repairing my natural gas line to my outdoor grill. To make code it needed to be buried with sand around the piping to stop the acidic soil from deteriorating the piping. This had not been done in the original installation.

From initial contact to end of installation, service was exceptional. Installer was very personable and took adequate time to explain what he was doing and why.

Excellent job and best price over competitors by several hundred dollars for same heater and warranty. Only issue i had was a miscommunication in the scheduling so instead of arriving between 4-5 they arrived at 7:30 however the managers I spoke to to resolve the issue did a great job working the problem and making sure the job was done on the day promised.

Very skilled and professional, they got my shower valve replaced with a high quality Moen valve. Follow up customer service is excellent too. Definitely recommend Hays Plumbing.

Alifonso came and estimated $250 minus a $50 coupon to stop minimal leaking on bottom of toilet. He was delayed at another job when scheduled, so I agreed to have another plumber. He came with a young "apprentice". He replaced the wax ring without cleaning up the debris covering the phlange although I asked him if he was going to clean it up. He left to take tools to his truck and the young man caulked the base of the toilet 3/4 of the way around. I called and asked that they come and finish caulking and the young man did. The toilet was slightly slanted and two blue spots appeared in the caulking. I called and asked them to send Alifonso this time. He came and did a superb job of cleaning out the debris, replacing a damaged phlange, caulking and clean up. Cost $900 in addition to the $200 already paid. Although I highly value Alifonso's very fine job the $1100 was a budget buster for an 85 y/o widow.

To quick to assume what the problem actually was. I had very low flow out of 3 shower heads. Original analysis was that it was caused by the shower valve cartridges. After replacing one cartridge, problem not fixed. Found problem to actually be associated with the flow adjustment screws on all three valves. Note 3 showers were out of commission for one week awaiting parts. Since original troubleshooting was incorrect, company reduced the quoted price by 50%. Plumber also assisted in replacing a part that I did have on hand at no charge.

Needed my garbage disposal replaced. Done the same day in less than an hour, then it the commercial off the shelf disposal turned out to be faulty, they came back the same day I called them and replaced it with a new one. Everything is working perfectly!! Their Tech was excellent in skill and customer service!!!
