Highly responsive and patient when I wasnâ t ready to begin my project. A couple of years later, when my yard was adequately prepped, Derek remembered the site and was quick to schedule an install date. Also willing to answer all my questions.

Derek and his crew were amazing. Quoted me a fair price for the work. East to communicate with, showed up early (if you know contractors you know this is rare), finished the work on time, and even came back a two weeks later when I needed an adjustment on my gate. Highly recommended!

Derek was wonderful from the initilal phone call through completion of the job. Work was done fast and convenient to my schedule. The fence repair looks great and is exactly what I needed. It was a smaller job, but was important to me, so he made it important to him.

I wanted to replace parts of my fence. I already had steel posts and just wanted wood replaced for about 50 feet And a new gate. I wanted decking wood not fence wood and 3 horizontal bars for longevity. Discussed with several vendors and selected Derek. He had a great price and I liked his go getter attitude. Derek is a "Johnny on the spot" kind of contractor. If he tells you he'll be there, he'll be there. Great work ethic and knows what he's doing. A beautiful fence is the final outcome. Can't say enough good things about Derek and his crew. Would hire again in a heart beat.

We called Derek to come give us an estimate on a gate/fence repair. He explained that he was very busy with projects so it might be several days before he could get out. The next day was July 4th and said that he could stop by in the morning, if we were going to be home. He did come by on the holiday morning and we had the estimate the next day. It was a small job and he worked us into his schedule right away. Great job! Great value! Very courteous/professional small business owner!

Derek came out to my house on a Sunday afternoon to complete an estimate of my fence repair needs. By later that day I had my estimate emailed to me and complete with a military discount! He was great to work with. We set up the job for the following Wednesday morning and everything worked great. Superior workmanship, great price and the job was done to my satisfaction. Both Derek and Eric very professional, their main concern is that the customer receives a good job for a fair price. The bid was received in a matter of hours the same day and work started and was completed the same day. Hays Fencing will be my first and only contact for future fencing work. Contacted Derek and the same day he came by and provided me with an estimate. Work was scheduled and completed as promised. Brandon and Derek did a great job on our new cedar residential fence. I had 3 other top-rated fence companies out to give me bids prior to choosing Hays Fencing. Pricing was about comparable but these are the things that stood out above the rest for Hays Fencing: —6 inch cedar pickets were 1 inch thick (all other companies used thinner). —Pickets were screwed into the supporting cross bars with deck screws vs. attached with nails. —Concrete for the posts was mixed outside of the hole for the post vs. in the hole. —I was asked where the wood should be put on my property vs. dropped anywhere on the grass. —Short wait time to get on the schedule. —Friendly and fast-working crew. I highly recommend you consider Hays Fencing if looking to invest in a high-quality long-lasting fence. Our previous builder installed pine 3 inch plank fence lasted 16 years. In my opinion, looking at the quality of this fence, we will probably get at least 20 years out of it. An investment in our home well spent:)

Hays Fencing was a wise investment for my home. Not only did Derek beat the competition in pricing he had very good customer service. They were able to work around my schedule and finished the job over the weekend on a residential size lot. On the whole I am very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Derek is the best. I was out of state when he started this project. He was always in contact with me. He was very professional and willing to jump through the insurance hoops when need be. I will use him again for future projects. You can't go wrong by using him.
